NO RETURNS CAN BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER Any items returned without an RMA number may either be refused or charged a restocking fee of not less than 15%. Prior to any request for return of a possible defective product, please contact Technical Support for troubleshooting to confirm.

Please read our Product Warranty and Return Requirements Policy to get familiar with our RMA rules.  All return and exchange packages mailed to us must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).


You can obtain an RMA number by filling out the form below.  Once your return request has been processed, we will follow up with an email providing the information for the pre-paid return package fees.  Initially, all customers are responsible for all shipping expenses until we inspected the returned goods and accept our parts of the liability according to our return shipping and warranty policies. When determined under our policy and purchase agreements that we are liable for the return shipment cost, we will credit those fees back to you.


After receiving your funds for the pre-paid return package fees, we will issue an RMA number and email you the Return-Shipping-Label with the shipping address and information.
Use only this shipping label on your return package.  Do not write on the manufacturer’s packaging, as this may result in a restocking fee. Also, shipping a package to us without an RMA number could result in a forfeit of all your rights.


All return, replacement, or warranty repair requests will be processed within five business days after the returned item is received by Ascend Electronics.
