The Helix - Mx series belongs to the smallest and most robust industrial PCs and is best suited for a fan less 24/7 continuous operation. There are various variations with different industrial interfaces available such as Ethernet, EtherCAT, RS232, RS485, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, CAN, etc.
It is a standard X86 industrial PC running on DOS, LINUX, Windows CE or XP embedded. The option with field bus access runs either on a SJA1000 CAN control unit or a Hilscher NETx 100 co-processor.
