Troubleshooting

Here are some simple checks that reduce 90% of all our tech support calls.

Before plug a power cable to the main power outlet, check that the power voltage selection switch is set to the correct main-voltage! Do not connect the appliance / instrument to a main voltage that is not recommended on the voltage faceplate of the appliance / instrument. Please consult your product manual before connecting our appliance to the main voltage!

If the appliance will not turn on.

First, check the power cord and power strip for damage. Check Voltage Selection Switch. Check the power switch the instrument on the instrument is in ON position. Check if the instrument is connected to the wall-power. (Your cleaning woman may disconnected the instrument from the wall power to plug in her vacuum cleaner.)
