Your RFQ selecting or design an Ascend Electronics® 3 Phase Transformer

With the below Form, you can request a quotation (RFQ) for a new design or let us select an existing Ascend Electronics 3 Phase Transformer that matches your requirements.

The Form allows you to provide us with the first requirement set to select your 3-phase transformer request. Three-phase power transformers are best for electrical systems that require efficient distribution capacity and high-power transmission capabilities. Like single-phase transformers, a three-phase transformer utilizes single-phase alternating current, meaning the transformer relies on a voltage cycle that operates in a unified time phase. We will ask you about the type of power source, frequency, input and output configurations, and other parameters to evaluate the design specification. So let's get started.

I like to get RFQ for a transformer with the following preliminary specification

    SECONDARY OUTPUT (VOLTAGES, CURRENTS)

The information for the secondary outputs is based on a Symmetrical Load for each 3-phase output. Please use the reference documents provided in the above links. NOTE: When selecting Wye output configuration, Voltage is defined as the Line to the Neutral Voltage, and when selecting Delta configuration, the Voltage is defined as Line to Line Voltage. The current is always the Line-Current into the connection tap for both configurations.

NOTE: If the output has multiple taps, for example, the first primery Vsec1 (X1) configured as Wye has tap voltages from Line to Neutral of 110V, 120V, and 130V driving an AC load of 1kVA, configure the output as follows:
    Voltage X1* = 120V, Current X1* = 4.81A, Circuit Configuration X1* check Wye, Load Configuration X1* check AC Load, Additional* Taps X1 check Yes, Tap Voltag X1-2 = 110V and Tap Voltag X1-3 = 130V.
    The Current X1 calculates to: X1 = 1kVA/(120V * 1.732) = 1000VA/(207.84) = 4.81139....
